Mitch and Nigel represented the property owner DMC Development Co. This property leased after being on the market for only two months.

New Industrial Lease at 12638 Saticoy St. North Hollywood, CA
The team of Nigel Stout and Mitch Fisher are proud to report that they have just completed a new five year lease at the 25,316 square foot warehouse facility at 12638 S. Saticoy St. in North Hollywood, CA. Nigel and Mitch were originally hired to help a major ambulance company sub-lease the space. However, when they were able to locate another major ambulance company who liked the space and wanted to lease it for a term beyond the sub-lease period, Mitch and Nigel were able to negotiate a buy-out for the sub-lessor and a new five year lease directly with the property owner.
